Do members also agree to take in private consideration of a draft report on stage 1 of the Building (Scotland) Bill at our meeting next week?

We have made good progress on the items that we considered in private. However, as we are not yet able to move on to the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Bill at stage 2, I propose that we deal with item 7, which is our consideration of subordinate legislation, and item 9, which concerns correspondence on the Cairngorms national park designation order.
