I welcome everyone to the fourth meeting in 2001 of the Public Petitions Committee. We have received apologies from George Lyon, who is tied up and unable to attend the meeting. Dorothy-Grace Elder is on her way from Glasgow and will arrive later. I am glad to say that all other members of the committee are present.
