Local Authorities (Goods and Service) (Public Bodies) (No 2) (Scotland) Order 2000 (SSI 2000/403)

We have a negative instrument to consider. It was sent to us some time ago, and no comments have been received on it so far. The order has been considered by the Subordinate Legislation Committee, whose report is included in our papers. That committee did not think that we needed to draw the order to Parliament's attention, and no motions have been lodged to annul it, so no other action can be taken on the instrument. Do members agree that they do not wish to make any recommendation on the order?
