I welcome everyone to the Justice Committee’s 31st meeting in 2013. I ask you all to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent.
No apologies have been received, and I welcome our new member, Christian Allard, to the committee. I also thank Colin Keir, who made his escape—[Laughter.] Sorry. I thank him for his work on the committee over the past couple of years.
