Decision on Taking Business in Private

I wish everyone a good new year and welcome everyone to the first meeting of the Finance Committee in 2010 in the third session of the Scottish Parliament. I welcome Terry Shevlin as the new senior assistant clerk to the committee. I ask all members and members of the public to turn off mobile phones and pagers.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to consider in private item 5, which concerns our work programme. I propose that we do so. Are members agreed?
