Procedures Committee Inquiry

The final agenda item before the convener's report is the draft copy of the committee's response to the inquiry by the Procedures Committee into the application of the consultative steering group principles in the Scottish Parliament. A draft has been prepared and there is a minor change at paragraph 26. It draws attention to another success story—petition PE9 about Roman remains in Cramond. A management group has been set up to oversee the protection of those remains. That followed consideration of a petition by the Education, Culture and Sport Committee and the publication of a report by that committee. Are we all agreed to submit the draft as our official response?
