Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning and welcome to the eighth meeting in 2014 of the Health and Sport Committee. As usual, I ask everyone in the room to switch off mobile phones and other wireless devices, and I give notice that some members and officials are using tablet devices instead of hard copies of their papers.
The first item on the agenda is a decision whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. Item 5 is consideration of the approach to stage 1 of the Assisted Suicide (Scotland) Bill and item 6 is the work programme.
Does the committee agree to take items 5 and 6 in private?
