Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 32nd meeting in 2013 of the Education and Culture Committee. I remind everyone to ensure that all electronic devices and particularly mobile phones are switched off at all times, because they interfere with the broadcasting system.

Our first agenda item is a decision on whether to take in private agenda item 4, which is consideration of our work programme. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
