Interests
That being the case, Mr Kelly can take his place on the committee without inhibition. He is welcome and I assure him that he will not be kept idle.
I can see that.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I remind everybody to switch off mobile phones. Robert Brown has sent apologies.
Agenda item 1 is a declaration of interests. Members know that Paul Martin MSP has resigned from the committee to take up other parliamentary responsibilities. I put on record my appreciation of his significant contribution to the committee in the past two and a half years.
Paul Martin's replacement is James Kelly MSP, whom I welcome to the committee. I invite him to declare any relevant interests.
James Kelly (Glasgow Rutherglen) (Lab)
I have no interests to declare.
