I welcome members to the Local Government and Transport Committee's seventh meeting this year. The first agenda item is consideration of whether to take items in private. Item 3 is consideration of our draft report on the Local Governance (Scotland) Bill. It is normal practice to consider draft reports in private until they are finalised. Do we agree to take that item in private?
