I welcome members to the Local Government and Transport Committee's seventh meeting this year. The first agenda item is consideration of whether to take items in private. Item 3 is consideration of our draft report on the Local Governance (Scotland) Bill. It is normal practice to consider draft reports in private until they are finalised.
