Subordinate Legislation

The agenda item on subordinate legislation has been removed. It was put in because we want to be helpful on the beef-on-the-bone ban and, following the Minister for Health and Community Care's comments in the Parliament last week, it was possible that we might have to consider a statutory instrument on the matter, but we do not.

The final item is the report on the Stracathro petition and we have agreed that we will take it in private.
