Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 20th meeting in 2015 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. Everyone present is reminded to switch off mobile phones, as they affect the broadcasting system. As meeting papers are provided in digital format, you may see tablets being used during the meeting. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. The committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4, consideration of the committee’s approach to the proposed private tenancies bill and its scrutiny of the draft budget 2016-17, in private. Are members agreed?
