Good afternoon and welcome to the ninth meeting in 2007 of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee. I remind everybody that mobile phones and pagers should be switched off.

Agenda item 1 is subordinate legislation. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has made no comments on the order and no comments or motions to annul have been received from members. Are there any views on the order?

Far be it from me to defend bus lanes, but I see nothing wrong with the order.
