Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Glasgow) Designation Order 1999 (SSI 1999/59)
This instrument was laid on 13 September and is subject to annulment until 6 November. As the committee was notified, the Subordinate Legislation Committee considered the instrument on 21 September and decided to draw it to the attention of the Parliament on the following grounds:
"(i) that its drafting appears to be defective; and
(ii) that its form or meaning could be clearer.
(iii) that it makes unexpectedly narrow use of the powers under which it is made."
The Subordinate Legislation Committee's report is attached. Are there any other views on the paper, or are members content?
