Our fourth agenda item is to consider whether two instruments have been laid under the appropriate procedure. Both the instruments have been laid under the negative procedure. Do members have any comments?

I can see no reason why they should be anything other than negative instruments.

As members have no more comments, is the committee content for the instruments to be considered under the negative procedure?
