Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning everyone, and welcome to the 17th meeting of the Local Government and Communities Committee in 2008. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys.

We move to agenda item 1. Item 5 is on the committee's work programme, and such items are normally taken in private. Do members agree that we should discuss agenda item 5 in private?
