Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. We are starting less punctually than is normal, but we have some leeway between the first and second items on our agenda. I welcome members, witnesses and members of the public to this meeting of the Rural Development Committee. We have received no apologies—one or two members are not yet present, but I understand that they will arrive later.
