Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 11th meeting in 2015 of the Justice Sub-Committee on Policing. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely. No apologies have been received. I welcome Roderick Campbell as a visitor to the committee.
