The Transport and the Environment Committee is the lead committee on this subordinate legislation; that committee will take our views into account, if we have any. The Town and County Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 (SSI 2000/draft) is a straightforward Scottish statutory instrument, which determines the charges levied by councils for planning permission applications. If anybody has anything to say on it, we will pass it on to the Transport and the Environment Committee. If not, we will inform the committee of that.
