Agenda item 2 is consideration of two negative statutory instruments. Members will see from the clerk’s note that both are technical amending instruments that seek, in effect, to tidy up some minor drafting errors in existing instruments. Neither will introduce new policy or lead to new costs.

Members will note that the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee had no comments to make in relation to SSI 2015/249. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered SSI 2015/250 at its meeting yesterday and agreed that it had no comments to make in relation to it.

Does the committee agree that it has no recommendations to make to Parliament in relation to the instruments?
