Snares (Scotland) Order 2010 (SSI 2010/8)
Does the committee agree to report that there is a drafting error in article 6 of the order, in that the words "having been" are duplicated? It should be noted that, although the error is unlikely to affect the operation of the order, the meaning of the provision would be clearer if it were amended. Is the committee content to draw attention to the error?
