Decision on Taking Business in Private

Agenda item 1 is to ask whether the commission wishes to take in private item 3, which is consideration of our draft report on Audit Scotland's budget proposal for 2008-09, and to consider that draft report in private at all subsequent meetings. Is that agreed?
