On a point of order, Presiding Officer. I apologise for not giving you advance notice of this but, at First Minister’s question time today, the First Minister told the Parliament that a Scottish Government analysis of the budget would be available to members from the Scottish Parliament information centre. I requested a copy from SPICe just after 2.15 and was advised that the analysis is embargoed until 4.30. The First Minister did not tell members at question time that the analysis would be embargoed. Can we ensure that members get the information that is necessary?
