Agenda item 2 is the preliminary consideration of objections. The committee is required to give preliminary consideration to the objections at annexes A, B, C, D and E in paper WAV/S2/05/7/1 and to consider its approach to dealing with the objections at preliminary stage. I invite members' views on these objections.
Do members agree that the objection at annex B should be allowed to proceed to substantive scrutiny at consideration stage?
Do members agree that the objection at annex C should be allowed to proceed to substantive scrutiny at consideration stage?
