Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Patrick Harvie):

I welcome members, guests and others to the fourth meeting in 2007 of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee. I remind everybody that mobile phones, pagers and other devices should be switched off.

Agenda item 1 is a proposal to consider in private item 4, which is further discussion of our draft work programme. Is that agreed?
