Good afternoon everyone and welcome to this, the seventh meeting this year of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee. I record apologies from Alex Johnstone.
We have six items on the agenda, the first of which is a proposal to take item 4 in private. I remind members that we previously agreed to take items 5 and 6 in private. Do members agree also to take item 4 in private?
