Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon everybody and welcome to the second meeting in 2009 of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee. I remind everybody that all mobile devices should be switched off—I will just check that mine is.

Agenda item 1 is a proposal to take in private item 3, which is our consideration of the evidence on national planning framework 2. Do we agree to take item 3 in private?
