I welcome everyone to this meeting of the Transport and the Environment Committee. I have received apologies from John Farquhar Munro and Bruce Crawford. Fiona McLeod will arrive late and Des McNulty will have to nip in and out of our committee as he must also attend the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee.
