Does the committee agree to take agenda items 5, 6 and 7 in private? Item 5 is consideration of how we will proceed with the 2003-04 budget process. We may discuss whom we wish to take evidence from. Item 6 is discussion of the remit for our rail industry inquiry. As soon as that is agreed, it will be made public. Item 7 is consideration of whether to pay expenses for a witness who gave evidence for our aquaculture inquiry. Do members agree to take those items in private?
