I welcome members to the seventh meeting in 2003 of the Transport and the Environment Committee, which is the last of this parliamentary session.

We have received apologies from Angus MacKay and Fiona McLeod. I believe that Bruce Crawford might have difficulty in attending because he has another meeting.
