I welcome everyone to the 18th meeting in 2001 of the Transport and the Environment Committee. We have received apologies from Maureen Macmillan, who is sorry that she cannot attend; she has a long-standing constituency engagement that she felt she could not cancel. I expect that other members will join us fairly soon.
