Items in Private

Agenda item 2 is consideration of whether to take agenda items 6 and 7 in private. Item 6 is consideration of the committee's draft annual report, which will be published around October. It is usual for draft reports to be considered in private until the committee agrees their contents. Item 7 is consideration of contract arrangements for our adviser on the water inquiry. It would be appropriate to take the item in private as it relates to the terms and conditions of the adviser's appointment.
