I welcome everyone to the 17th meeting in 2001 of the Transport and the Environment Committee. I have received apologies from Robin Harper. As he put item 6 on the agenda, it seems fair to leave that item until the next meeting. Are members agreeable?

Members indicated agreement.

As Des McNulty is also a member of the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee, he has a conflict of interest today. He hopes to join us at some point during the meeting.
