We must consider how to deal with items 4 and 5 of the agenda. Item 4 relates to draft legislation and item 5 is consideration of a draft report. I suggest that it is appropriate for us to consider both those items in private. Do members agree?
As we are still in public session, I wish to make it clear that I will withdraw from the committee's consideration of item 5 and will hand over the chair to the deputy convener, Tricia Marwick.
