Disposal of Court Records (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (Draft)
We have an unusual procedure in front of us today—a draft negative instrument. The regulations must lie for 40 days, during which time the Parliament can decide that they should not be made. However, our legal advisers have not raised anything that the committee should be concerned about. Is the committee therefore content with the regulations?
