There is a drafting error in article 13. The cross-reference to paragraph (3)(a)(iii) in schedule 2 to the Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (SSI 2008/100) should be to paragraph (3)(d)(iii). That should not affect the operation of the order, which the Scottish Government has undertaken to correct by an amendment in due course. It is a small point. Do members agree to report accordingly?
