Sweeteners in Food Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (SSI 2004/548)
We asked the Executive what progress has been made towards the consolidation of this series of regulations. The Executive has given us a full explanation of its proposals in this direction and I suppose that we should draw that to the attention of the lead committee.
