Again, we have the Government’s response to the committee’s stage 1 report on the delegated powers in the bill. There being no comments, I remind the committee that stage 2 consideration of the bill starts tomorrow and that we will look again at the delegated powers in the bill once stage 2 is finished. Do we agree to note the Government’s response as set out in the clerk’s paper?
