We have had the Government’s response to our stage 1 report on the delegated powers in the bill. Do members have any comments on the response?
Stage 2 consideration of the bill will start on Wednesday 22 September. As usual, the committee will have the opportunity to reconsider the delegated powers in the bill once it has been through stage 2. Are we content to note the Government’s response as set out in the clerk’s paper?
