Welcome to the 24th meeting in 2010 of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We have received apologies from Elaine Smith. Could everyone turn off their mobile phones, BlackBerrys and so on?
The first agenda item is a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that, under agenda item 7, we discuss the contents of a letter to the Minister for Parliamentary Business about a number of breaches of the 21-day rule. We talked about the letter at our previous meeting. Do we agree to take that item in private?
