I welcome everyone to the fifth meeting of the Subordinate Legislation Committee in 2010. We have received apologies from Jackson Carlaw. I ask everyone to turn off their mobiles and BlackBerrys.
The proposal under agenda item 1 is that, under items 4 and 5, we discuss the content of our draft reports on the Forth Crossing Bill and the Alcohol etc (Scotland) Bill in private. Do we agree to do that?
