Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the committee’s sixth meeting in 2011. I remind everyone to turn off their phones and BlackBerrys, as they impact on the broadcasting system.

The first item of business is consideration of whether to take item 17 in private. Item 17 is consideration of the approach paper for our legacy report. Do members agree to take item 17 in private?
