On the positive side, we welcome Robin Harper, whom I will shortly invite to declare interests. On the negative side, Cathie Craigie has unfortunately been kept away by a family bereavement. Karen Gillon is coming, but will be a little bit late.
As far as the Procedures Committee goes, my relevant interest is that I am convener of three cross-party groups and treasurer of another, all of which is in my register of interests. I have no investments other than unit trusts. I own no land, but I do own a house and I am a member of countless organisations. That should cover it.
