Parliament and the Executive (Protocols)

Item 2 deals with protocols between the Parliament and the Executive. We have had a response to a request for more information that we made at a previous meeting. Annexe A of the response outlines the protocols that exist between the Parliament and the Executive. The committee can ask questions about the matter, but otherwise is invited simply to note the current position.
