Welcome to the seventh meeting this year of the Public Petitions Committee. We have received apologies from John Farquhar Munro and Rhoda Grant, both of whom are both attending a meeting of the Rural Development Committee in Fort William—obviously, they cannot be in two places at the same time. Winnie Ewing and Dorothy-Grace Elder are expected to arrive at any moment.
