Before we move on to the next agenda item, I should point out that I did not ask the new—or, should I say, recidivist—member of the committee, Phil Gallie, whether he would like to make a declaration of interests. As he has been a member of the committee in the past, he has made a declaration already, but he should do so again as a new member.
I have no interests to declare but, if one arises in relation to a specific petition, I will advise the convener.
