Item in Private

Before we move on to new petitions, may I have the agreement of the committee to deal in private with item 4, on witness expenses, as it concerns an application by individuals?

Members indicated agreement.

It would usually be suggested that we deal in private with item 2, which is the draft report on PE327, from the Blairingone and Saline Action Group, but I have no objection to the item being held in public if no one else has. I am happy for the item to be held in public. Is that agreed?
