Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the Public Audit Committee’s third meeting in 2013. I give a special welcome to Jackie Baillie, who has joined us, as has Richard Simpson—he sneaked in when I was not looking. I ask everybody to ensure that their phones are off. We have received no apologies and all committee members are present.

Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take items 5 to 7 in private. Is the committee content to take those items in private?
