Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the fourth meeting in 2010 of the Public Audit Committee. I welcome members of Audit Scotland and our guests, whom we will introduce in a minute. I remind everyone to ensure that all electronic devices are switched off so that they do not interfere with the recording of the meeting.
