Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. At the start of this 19th meeting in 2008 of the Public Audit Committee, I ask everyone to switch off their phones and electronic devices. I welcome staff from Audit Scotland, members of the public and the press. I offer a special welcome to members of the Audit Committee of the National Assembly for Wales, who are taking in our meeting this morning. Welcome to the Scottish Parliament.

We have received apologies from Nicol Stephen. John Farquhar Munro is in attendance instead.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Is that agreed?
